Hi Merge customers,
We are just two months away from our 2024 User Meeting in Hartland, WI. The Merge team is excited to meet with all of you face-to-face, especially in our newly renovated headquarters. It will be a true Merge homecoming – this year we’re opening our doors to you, where you will have an opportunity to forge deeper connections with our team, so we can better support you in achieving your goals.
The User Meeting will be a capstone to a year of momentum and growth that Merge has achieved in the last year. I’ll share some more on that later in the newsletter, but I want to make clear first and foremost that so much of this progress has been possible because of you. Whether it’s KLAS recognition for our products, Censinet certification of our cybersecurity capabilities, or some of our newest service offerings and product innovations, everything we do is shaped by your feedback. The User Meeting is a golden opportunity for us to continue that progress together.
If you haven’t already, check out our site with all the details on the event and RSVP for your spot at the conference. We are looking forward to it.
It was just over a year ago that I joined Merge as our general manager. In that time, our business has achieved significant progress, including KLAS recognition reflecting customer confidence in our cloud strategy; a new partnership with Indica Labs on digital pathology, reflecting the accelerated innovation of our offerings; recognition from Censinet for our proven commitment to security; and the introduction of Merge Consulting Services, to fully support you on your transformation journey.
But the most important achievement we’ve made has been in supporting clients’ progress in their cloud journeys. Read my new blog on a couple of recent examples of how Merge has continued to work closely with clients to help them move to the cloud, with careful consideration for their unique environments.
Merge PACS continues to improve and innovate, with no plans of stopping. With that, let’s dive into the latest update, Merge PACS 9.2, now available for Merge users.
This latest release continues to reflect the innovation and user experience desired by our customers and the market. It includes improvements in cloud deployment, mammography capabilities, and PACS admin efficiency, along with other enhancements and issue resolution.
Starting with 9.2, Merge PACS can be installed on Windows Server 2022. It’s the perfect time to refresh the old 2012/2016 server and take advantage of the new improvements made along the way.
For more details, the release notes can be found under the documentation tab in Merge PACS User Group. We have also published detailed demonstration videos of 9.2 enhancements in Merative Learning Academy.
New versions of Merge Imaging Suite components have been released as of July 2024. Taken together, they bring substantial improvements to usability, deployment, and maintenance, to benefit you imaging organization's clinical and IT staff.
