Leah Kamin is an Analytics Advisor for the Employer Market at Merative. In her role, she leads teams of analysts that support large employer clients to produce analytics and reporting. These deliverables are used to drive decision making within the benefits, welfare, and wellness departments of large private employer organizations.

Ms. Kamin has 14 years of healthcare experience. Prior to joining Merative, Ms. Kamin supported oncology clinical research and worked as a healthcare quality researcher. In her role as a researcher with the New Jersey QIO, she primarily researched the effectiveness of care transitions and hospital readmission reduction programs.

Ms. Kamin holds a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Religion from Boston University and a Master in Public Health degree from Rutgers University (formerly University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey) where she did her Master’s Thesis on identifying hospital characteristics associated with Heart Failure Readmission Rates.
