Senior VP of Product and Strategy

Julie Pekarek is the Senior Vice President of Product and Strategy at Merative, where she oversees strategy, development, and product management for the Merge portfolio. While at Merative, she has also served as the Interim GM of the Merge business. Prior to that she ran the Watson Health Imaging product portfolio, including offerings in AI, Radiology, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Billing, Ophthalmology, Perioperative and Lab. Ms. Pekarek has spent 30 years in healthcare strategy and technology, with experience in both provider and vendor organizations. She received her BA in biology from the University of Chicago and a Masters in health systems management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
