Throughout my career, I have always been committed to understanding clients' needs, analyzing to find the root cause of their challenges, communicating transparently, problem solving, and relationship building. As a health tech product leader at Merative (formerly IBM Watson Health), we built software solutions to help vulnerable populations in hospitals, mental health clinics, universities, child welfare organizations, and Medicaid agencies - to name a few. I led a cross-functional team that included development, sales, marketing, and services to expand our reach and capabilities.
