Merge August 2023 newsletter: Join our client success events
Hello Merge Customers,
I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for your continued partnership with us. Your success is at the core of everything we do, and we are dedicated to providing support and solutions to help you thrive in your healthcare journey.
At Merge, we pride ourselves on being more than just a vendor; we are your trusted advisors and partners in navigating the ever-changing landscape of the healthcare industry. As we look ahead, I want to share some exciting updates on how we plan to continue enhancing our support and partnership with you.
First, I am thrilled to extend a special invitation to our upcoming Merge User Conference. This annual event is a platform for networking, knowledge-sharing, and gaining insights from industry experts. Our agenda includes a keynote from visionary founder and CEO of Vidagos, Dr. Cheryl Petersilge, a physician panel hosted by Brian Casey from Imaging Wire, dedicated sessions with our Product Managers, and – new for this year – a full training day to maximize your investment in our solutions.
The Merge User Conference is also our opportunity to interact with each of you personally. Meeting face-to-face and sharing experiences in person are invaluable opportunities for fostering stronger relationships and understanding your evolving needs better. Our customers are at the heart of our organization – your feedback, challenges, and triumphs drive us to constantly innovate and improve our solutions. Our conference theme this year, "Charting Your Imaging Transformation, Here to Horizon," reflects our commitment to support your journey into the future of healthcare. We are committed to understanding and discussing your needs to ensure that our products and services align with your goals.
Second, for those who haven't already joined us, I invite you to participate in our "Tuesdays with Merge" sessions. These interactive webinars with other Merge customers, and our product and support subject matter experts, are excellent opportunities to dive deeper into our solutions, learn best practices, and connect with other Merge users. They allow us to engage directly with you and address any queries or concerns you may have. You can find the schedule here.
These weekly webinars underscore that our journey together doesn't end with the implementation of our solutions. Whether it's a quick question, a potential challenge, or an exciting achievement, we encourage you to reach out to us.
And don’t forget to register for the Merge User Conference in Austin, Sept. 10-13. Let’s partner to shape the future of healthcare together.

Announcing Merge Workflow Orchestrator 2.0.
We are pleased to announce the release of Merge Workflow Orchestrator 2.0, as the newest component of Merge Imaging Suite. To learn more, visit the product page, contact your Merge representative today, or let us know how to reach you to schedule a demo.
Merge Workflow Orchestrator will help you overcome the complexities of managing multiple worklists across your organization that hamper productivity. It provides a single unified, feature-rich, thoughtfully designed interface that incorporates all of your worklists and cases into a single place. This enables radiologists, clinicians, and care teams to manage caseloads more easily, freeing them to focus more on patient care.
This cloud-native application integrates into your current imaging systems and EHR to provide newfound visibility and control over your end-to-end patient imaging process. Ultimately, Workflow Orchestrator can set you up for a modular approach to cloud migration at your own pace, with less disruption to IT and administrator resources.
Originally launched at RSNA 2021, Merge Workflow Orchestrator has evolved with the input of Merge clients like you to become a must-have component for every imaging environment. Visit the our website to learn more.
Also announced this summer is Merge AI Orchestrator 2.0. Merge’s commitment to AI innovation continues with a growing ecosystem of AI partners that is attuned to the functionality needed by imaging clients today.
