Hello, Merge customers! Allow me to introduce myself – I’m Dr. Raj Chopra, the new Chief Medical Officer for Merge. This will be the first time many of you will have heard from me in this new role, which I’m looking forward to changing very soon in the coming months. But for now, I just wanted to say I’m very excited to be joining this team. You all know Merge as a reliable, innovative provider of some of the industry’s leading imaging solutions (including some Best in KLAS winners – more on that below!), and I feel very proud to come on board.
Some quick background on me: I have over 20 years of clinical experience as a board-certified radiologist and have been actively involved in various advisory roles, helping to guide many companies on everything from imaging AI, FDA regulations, billing and coding, to claims processing, utilization reviews, and Medicare/Medicaid compliance.
All of which is to say – while I may be new to Merge, I’m very familiar with the challenges that many of you are facing in your day-to-day. I can’t wait to meet with you all and learn more about your stories.
