For us, 2024 is all about three major focus areas: innovation, adoption, and focus.
Innovation: We’re continuing to refine the solutions that comprise our Merge Imaging Suite portfolio, and that means providing a choice of deployment that’s tailored to your wants and needs. There is no one-size-fits-all approach; our mission is to continue bringing you cloud-enabled and cloud-native solutions at a rate and pace that accommodates wherever you are on your enterprise cloud journey.
Adoption: We’re investing in new ways that make it easier for you to utilize our solutions, through a combination of trainings, user group meetings, and Tuesdays with Merge webinars (more on that below) we have planned for the year.
Focus: And finally, making sure the spotlight is squarely on you – hearing from you directly on what’s working, what isn’t, and what you’d like and need to see from our solutions to help you further along your enterprise cloud journey. This means not just the solutions themselves, but what our team is delivering to you. The goal of our support teams is simple: deliver an exceptional customer experience through efficient and effective service.
On that note, I’m happy to announce the return of the Merge User Meeting for 2024! This year we’re hosting it at our brand-new headquarters in Hartland, Wisconsin, for a more intimate experience that will allow us, and you, to more directly dial into your imaging needs.
