Merge May 2024 newsletter: Join our Innovation Partner Program

Hi Merge customers,

Earlier this year, we reintroduced our Innovation Partner Program, your opportunity to experience the latest releases for all major Merge products as Early Evaluators and Early Adopters. And more importantly, our opportunity to get early, valuable feedback from you on our products in development.

We know the perceived risks of being first to try a new product are high in healthcare. That’s why we want to facilitate progress by working creatively with you as Early Evaluators and Early Adopters to try new innovations, which are designed to limit risk, optimize results, and generate the proof needed for the benefit of all.

The Innovation Partner Program gives you the chance to work directly with our product and development teams, receive one-on-one training during implementation, and meet quarterly with the Merge executive team for insights on our product roadmap – among many other benefits! Want to become an Early Evaluator or Adopter, or learn more about how the program can benefit you? Let your account rep know and we’d be happy to bring you onboard!

Merge VNA and MUV rank in new KLAS report

Some more exciting KLAS news for Merge this month! KLAS Research issued its Enterprise Imaging Vendors and Providers Driving Market Progress report, featuring our Merge VNA and Merge Universal Viewer solutions. As KLAS noted in the report: “Many executives and employees have stayed with the product through the various acquisitions, and their deep EI expertise is appreciated by respondents. The transition to Merative has also resulted in the support team having clearer communication and better flexibility when resolving issues.”

We would like to extend another thank you to our customers who participated and provided this feedback to KLAS on Merge imaging solutions. Your participation and positive feedback affirms our efforts to deliver industry-leading solutions, built on a cloud native foundation.

Webinar recap: The benefits of cloud in medical imaging

We recently had the great privilege of participating in an RSNA webinar on the benefits of cloud in medical imaging. It was a fruitful conversation about demystifying some of the complexities around cloud and how imaging organizations can leverage the cloud to optimize workflows, mitigate burnout, and help improve patient care.

Check out some of our key takeaways from that conversation, including how you can actually implement cloud in your own organization and the impacts of cloud for your security, scalability, and availability needs.
