Dr. Rajiv Chopra is a board-certified radiologist with two decades of clinical experience and subspecialty training in musculoskeletal imaging. He has a wide range of interests throughout medicine ranging from direct patient care, group management, billing/coding, and understanding utilization management. He has been in the leadership of his group for over a decade. Passionate about artificial intelligence in medical imaging, he has contributed to quality assurance, algorithm training, regulatory hurdles and image labeling for AI model development. In 2024, he was appointed Chief Medical Officer of Merge Healthcare, where he contributes to initiatives to enhance imaging technology, regulatory guidance, and drive innovation in radiology solutions.

Scott Sippel
Chief Information Security Officer, Merative
Scott Sippel has more than 35 years of experience in technical and leadership positions for Security, IT, Compliance, and HIPAA for enterprise environments and healthcare solutions. He has worked through six major mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures when he was the Chief Security Officer at Merge Healthcare. When it was acquired by IBM, he took on Security leadership roles in the Watson Health division. Thereafter, since 2022 at Merative LC, he leads the organization’s function as Chief Information Security Officer.

Nilesh Shah

Nilesh Shah is an expert in strategic planning and agile execution, with deep experience fueling technology-driven business growth. With a career of more than 25 years in healthcare IT, he has experience with companies ranging from startups to established multi-billion dollar businesses.He built the team to deliver the first large scale, real-time electronic eligibility benefits check system for the seven largest health insurance carriers in the US. He designed, developed and led a SaaS technology platform that earned top rankings in KLAS. He has led DevOps, SAFe Agile and cloud migration initiatives for $500M+ portfolios. He is passionate about culture and process transformations, collaborative problem solving and creating opportunities for growing talent through coaching and mentoring. Born and raised in Mumbai, India, Nilesh graduated first in his class with honors, with a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics) from the University of Mumbai.
