Cloud technology has become the backbone of modern imaging organizations. In fact, the vast majority of enterprise imaging organizations today (77%) rely on cloud infrastructure, in part or in full, for storing and accessing medical information. Medical imaging practitioners are eager for technological improvements — but most organizations still have work to do when it comes to adopting cloud technologies in their workflows and ensuring their practitioners are fully leveraging them. We surveyed 100 medical imaging practitioners in the United States about their level of enterprise cloud adoption and the challenges they face in leveraging cloud to its maximum potential.
