What information should be collected to help with diagnosing Cúram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG) issues?

Answer

In order to be better able to investigate issues relating to IEG the following information should be provided:

• When possible providing an Out Of The Box (i.e. non-custom) set of steps to reproduce the issue is advised. Please note that if you have customized default IEG behaviour, in some cases we can only offer advice, we may not be able to reproduce or run customizations.

Customizations may include:

• custom css
• custom functions, or code that can be called from custom functions
• IEG configuration properties (config-properties)
• custom javascript
• If you cannot provide an OOTB set of steps then please provide the following:
  1. Your custom script and schema (in particular the section and page where the issue is occurring)
  2. Detailed relevant information regarding any customizations you may have done around the specific area
  3. Detailed steps to reproduce the issue
  4. Screen Shots (where applicable)
  5. Browser type and version
